Me Love Sushi are proud to announce a new campaign that supports a reduction in packaging and packaging quantities, in an effort to reduce its Carbon footprint.

Me Love Sushi is committed to recycling all glass products used in its restaurant and most of our packaging is already recyclable, however, we recognise that as a responsible restaurant we should be doing more.

With that in mind we are implementing an initiative to actively reduce the number of packaging elements used in our take away and delivery outlets.

Over the forthcoming months you will notice a change in the packaging of certain food items as we promote a "reduced packaging commitment", in an attempt to limit the impact of waste that ultimately finds its way to land fill waste sites.

Takeaway packaging that preserves the products we sell in most cases becomes landfill waste. That said, there are many things we can all do to limit the amount of waste that is generated, such as looking for solutions with less packaging or reusing elements of packaging on an on going basis.
